Increased asset load time

At approximately April 19, 2019 5:59PM UTC a redis instance involved in asset generation became unresponsive. This cascaded to our CDN in the form of increased load times for JavaScript files relating to the messo.min.js asset served to Chameleon admins and Chameleon end-users. By approximately 8 minutes later the load times began returning to normal and did so over the next 90 minutes.
