Verifying
All accounts are now on the new infrastructure and at this time and all deployment related activities are complete. We will continue to work on finalizing/monitoring over the next ~hour or so

If you're still seeing the previous Chrome extension (with a white popup background), and want to update right away, you can manually update by going to chrome://extensions/?id=lfckcgkphfglcodbedlpkkkkjicbngpe => Toggle Developer mode in upper right => click update in upper left (screenshot: https://bit.ly/3gCa7XY)

Scheduled
During this window we will be publishing a new version of our Chrome extension. While the extension is propagating and auto-updating we will be deploying changes to our JavaScript infrastructure, CDN, Dashboard and making improvements to other related systems.

**Chameleon Experiences (Surveys, Tours, Launchers, etc.) will continue to run during this window** and we do not anticipate any disruption in service to your end-users.

Access to the Chameleon Builder may be intermittent during this time.

The switchover to a new CDN will first happen with a 302 redirect from fast.trychameleon.com to fastly.trychameleon.com this change will happen incrementally for some accounts at first and then more as caches are warmed and load drops in the evening. The second phase is a DNS change to point fast.trychameleon.com directly to the new CDN. The end result will be a dramatic step forward in performance as well as less impact on your page performance and a touch of lazy loading.

As always if you have any questions, comments or concerns we're here to help -- hello@trychameleon.com
